Organizational structure
Get to know the organizational structure of our Association!
In order to be able to carry out its many activities, SEMIEK has adopted the following structure:

General Assembly of the Members, determines the policy of the Association, sets the goals of the Association and elects the Board of Directors every two years.

Board of Directors, which consists of eleven members and draws up the strategy to be followed by the Association and undertakes any other important issues and tasks.

Committees, which are made up of members of the Board of Directors and each one has its own specialization and may act on behalf of the Council and the Association in general. The committees are accountable to the Board of Directors.

District Representatives, for better operation, the Board of Directors appointed a representative in each province. The provincial representative coordinates the members of the Association in his province and raises any issue that concerns them in the plenary session of the Board.

Secretariat, which deals with all current issues of the Association, registers and members with many other important tasks. The Association Secretariat is supported by the Employers Federation Industrialists.
